Student Life @ IILM As a student at IILM Institute for Higher Education, you get to be a part of an extremely close-knit community. OPEN DAY AT IILM

The open day provides a platform for the students to help themselves, receive options so as to choose the institute which not only gives them excellence in education but a chance to develop their overall persona and become successful managers and enter the business world with a positive approach......todays open day was very appreciable as students and parents showed keen interest in giving their childs' career a guidance from IILM....it was a highly appreciable task as our institute got a platform to be recognized as well as for the upcoming students to get the best platform for their careers......

Student Services

Mentoring – The faculty at IILM assumes the role of a mentor to help the students as their friend, philosopher and guide. Our students have regular counseling sessions with the faculty so that they can excel beyond their own expectations and solve their problems in the most effective manner possible. This practice ensures holistic development of the students.

Counseling –Holistic development is the cornerstone of personal, academic, & career success. We envisage to have a positive & enhancing influence on every student, faculty and staff member during the course of their stay & experience at IILM. 

(A)Areas of SSS Individual Counselling, Group Counselling, Hotline for students, Mentoring, Psychometric testing, Mock interviews & G.D, Life skills workshops, Bridge course, Self help materials

(B)Counselling Services Counselling services has a three pronged approach to provide preventive counselling, promotive counselling and crisis intervention. Some of the areas in which students may seek counselling are---

Family related – homesickness,  seperation, parenting, Lack of confidence – feeling worried, judged, fear of failure, depression, sadness,loneliness, helplessness, disruptive behaviour – binge eating, not eating, sleep disorder, drug / alchohol abuse, extreme stress, nervous, anxiety attack, bereavement of loved one, handling emotions, coping with difficult life situations

(C)Crisis Intervention Drop- In Services & Hotline Services are available which allows you to seek help without appointment.

(D)Psychometric Testing The department offers personality test, interest inventory, apttitude test, and other psychometric test as per the need of the students. These test help the students get a baseline of the areas which needs to be further developed. *Confidentiality

All aspects of your participation in counselling sessions are strictly confidential.

Student Societies Consistent with our endeavor to bring about an holistic development in our students, we effectively the development and growth of a large number of student societies and clCollege. These activities under the aegis of various student societies are essentially student driven.
